Imagine this: you wake up, and you find yourself sitting in front of a computer screen much like the one you’re looking at now, only this one’s in an internet café and you’re watching a webcam feed. The feed’s nothing interesting - it’s of a couple of massive church doors - but these doors are, inexplicably, leading out to a sheer drop off the edge of a cliff, and it looks like the camera’s just hovering in the air from the vantage point it’s recording from.
